RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:

We want you to look and feel good in your purchase. We offer a worry-free 30-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you're not completely in love with your purchase, here's how we make it easy for you:

Returns:

  • Items must be in new and unworn condition.
  • Returns should be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • You have the choice of either a refund or store credit.


    Store Credit:

  • If you opt for store credit, we offer a generous 110% credit of your original purchase amount, which you can use for future shopping.

Exchanges:

  • We're happy to assist with exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit or style.
  • Items should be in new and unworn condition.

Sale Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Sale Items.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order has not yet been picked and packed, you certainly can! You will be issued with a gift card for the value of the items you would like to cancel. If your order is due to a change of mind we cannot offer a refund. This policy also applies to pre-order items. If you have any questions about pre-ordering an item or cancelling your pre-order, please email our team at hello@sundaywildlabel.com    

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you have placed an order and haven’t seen your confirmation email come through this usually means you have either entered your email incorrectly or it has slipped into your junk mail box. If you have checked your junk mail and still can’t see this please email hello@sundaywildlabel.com with your order number and we can check on this for you!


CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you have realised you need to make any changes to an order, please notify our team ASAP via hello@sundaywildlabel.com. If your parcel has already been dispatched, unfortunately changes cannot be made.


WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments via Amex, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Afterpay. Gift cards can also be used as payment.


WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay offers simple payment plans, allowing a purchase to be paid for in 4 equal instalments, due every fortnight - interest free! Simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at the checkout. First-time customers will need to provide payment details as usual, while returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! 

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM? 
We are so sorry, we perform quality checks on all of our products prior to shipping but sometimes things can slip through. Please send through an email with photo’s of the faults to hello@sundaywildlabel.com and our team will be in touch. Return costs are at the customers expense. We recommend using traceable mail when returning products to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.


SHIPPING AND DISPATCH TIMES

All orders will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received, unless otherwise stated. Pre-ordered items will be subject to the timeframe listed at the time of pre-order. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
